  1. The default option is to Cache to the registry. This is the most common option.

  2. A lesser used option is to dynamically query the printer settings each time a session is started. Click this radio button to enable.

  3. Click the Query Printers button to query and cache the current printers and save to the registry. If using option 2, you can skip this option.
