If there are problems using the Mac Agent, please use these steps to turn on and gather log files.

Step-by-step guide

1. You turn on logging in the agent on OS X by changing the log level in the agent UI just like on windows.

    

2. you can chose to Send logs from the agent UI or the Log files are located at:  ~\Library\Logs\triCerat if you want to grab them manually.
   1. In Finder, select Go and hold down the alt/option key.  Library will appear in the list – select it.  Now go to Logs\triCerat.
