Download a renewed trial license

You can renew a trial license for another 30 days through the http://manage.tx.tricerat.com/manage web page. Then the customer needs to manually download the updated trial license by doing the following:

  1.  Open a cmd prompt as administrator
  2. go to c:\program files\tricerat\sptx
  3. run the following command ".\downloadtriallicense.exe . sptx <their_e-mail_address>"

Note:  The dot before SPTX is important and the TX server needs to be connected to the internet to be able to download the trial license
