I am receiving a 403 Forbidden message when I try to login to the Admin Console

The 403 error is fixed with a hot fix from Microsoft.  You can download it from here:  http://hotfixv4.microsoft.com/Windows%207/WindowsServer%202008%20R2/sp1/Fix305889/7600/free/407288_intl_x64_zip.exe

To install:

1.  Download the hotfix
2. The run it - it will ask where you want the installed extracted to.
3. Pick a location (i.e., c:\hotfix)
4. go to the directory from step three and run the *.msu
5. once the hotfox has completed installing re-run the Admin Console
