If you are getting a message the there is a problem with the Simplify TX license here are a couple of things to check:
- Check that a license file is in the c:\program files\tricerat\SPTX directory (trial licenses are name sptxtrail.lic and activated licenses with be their activation#.lic)
- If they have a trial license check if it is expired (just open it in notepad. The date it expires is listed in the first line as well as the number of users they are licensed for)
- If they manually activated the license or added a new one try restarting the license service, which is named SPTXlicense.
- If they don't have a license file try manually activating their license code
