Known Issues

  • The User Assigned Printers Console (UAP) Refresh does not refresh printers.  Any printer assignments made through the UAP console will be correct, just the Refresh action to rebuild printers for the current session is broken.  Possible work-arounds include locking/unlocking your desktop, disconnecting/reconnecting your session or logoff/logon for a new session.

  • The LicenseActivate program crashes when launched from any server installer.  This only affects a Nodelocked/Trial style license.  A possible work-around involves doing an online-activation.  See the Technical Manuals page and view the Tricerat License Install Guide, Chapter 2, "Activating a License without Internet Access" section for instructions.  Another option, request an updated liblmxnet.dll for your system and then the control panel activation will work again.

  • When performing an in-place upgrade from a previous version, the License information dialog does not pre-populate with the current license data.

  • When using silent install command line parameters for server installers and specifying a nodelocked style license (LICENSE_MODE=LicenseActivate), incorrect data is written into the registry.  A workaround exists that requires editing the registry and changing the data after running the installer.  If you need instructions for the workaround, please Contact Tricerat Support.
