Driver Details

In Windows Devices and Printers, select the printer and view the About tab:

Symptom

A simple Microsoft Word document does not print correctly when multiple copies are requested and collation is also requested.

The first copy prints correctly but the second copy prints gibberish.

Issue

The print driver is not handling collation correctly.

Work Around

1) Change the printer defaults by requesting a number of copies greater than 1.

2) Check the 'Collated' check box.
