If there are problems using the Mac Agent, please use these steps to turn on and gather log files.
Step-by-step guide
Update the logging to include Debug level logging. Insure the Simplify Printing TX agent is not running and then from Terminal, enter the following command:
Code Block theme Emacs title Terminal Defaults write com.tricerat.SimplifyPrintingTX DefaultLogLevel –int 4You turn on logging in the agent on OS X by changing the log level in the agent UI just like on windows.
- you can chose to Send logs from the agent UI or the Log files are located at: ~\Library\Logs\triCerat if you want to grab them manually.
- In Finder, select Go and hold down the alt/option key. Library will appear in the list – select it. Now go to Logs\triCerat.
