Unexplained Printer Issues?

Here is an interesting article from Sophos about Windows 10 and some Server OS’s.

Microsoft says “After installing this update, certain printers might fail to print. The print spooler might throw an error or close unexpectedly when attempting to print, and no output will come from the affected printer.“

The update is from June 9th and subsequent Windows patches have addressed the issue.

To be proactive, please check your OS for these patches: June 9, 2020—KB4560960 (OS Builds 18362.900 and 18363.900) and June 9, 2020—KB4557957 (OS Build 19041.329).
